Refund policy

Our Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of sparkling wines from our website. However, due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in most cases. This is in accordance with federal and state alcohol laws in many jurisdictions. 

Exceptions: We will consider offering a refund or replacement for the following reasons: 

Damaged or Flawed Products: If your sparkling wine arrives damaged or is flawed, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photographic evidence of the damage or flaw, if applicable. 

Incorrect Items: If we mistakenly send you the wrong sparkling wine, we will gladly arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship you the correct one at no additional cost. 

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order without penalty before it ships. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Return Process:
To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team at celebrate@budhagirlsparkling.com. We will require a copy of your order number and, if applicable, photographic evidence of the damage or flaw. 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. 

Additional Information: 

  • We cannot accept returns of opened bottles of sparkling wine. 
  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on sale items. 
  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for shipping costs.  

We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if we believe the request is fraudulent or unreasonable.
